Job summary

FitPoint Talent is seeking a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led team in the UK home care sector. You will help shape strategy, run business reviews, and drive operations across multiple sites while partnering with HQ Planning and Sales Operations to accelerate growth.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership in home care or related sectors, strong data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector (other backgrounds considered).
• Experience as a senior executive within a multi-site or multi Business Unit head-office team, in a highly entrepreneurial environment or in operating and supporting franchises would be highly valued.
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
• Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
• Experience working with executives in an advisor role, and building and managing teams.
• Ability to analyse complex data and synthesise into actionable business insights.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives.
