FitPoint Talent seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led Home Care organisation in the UK. You will help shape strategy, partner with the Home Care team, and guide business reviews and planning across the organisation.

The role requires 10+ years in senior leadership, cross-functional execution, and travel. You will drive growth initiatives and work with executives to influence outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector.
• Experience as a senior executive within a multi-site or multi-BU head-office team.

Responsibilities

• Scale programs to drive growth.
• Identify process refinements to boost team effectiveness.
• Partner with HQ Planning and Sales Operations to run joint reviews and planning.
