Job summary

FitPoint Talent, representing a Home Care organisation, seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led team. This role targets seasoned leaders (10+ years) from home care, consulting, or corporate operations to shape the future of care and deliver real impact.

You will partner with the UK Home Care team to develop strategy, run key business reviews, and establish the operating rhythm of the business metrics across the UK, driving growth and execution.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector (other backgrounds considered).
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Programs to scale.
• Identify opportunities to refine existing processes, and help guide up the effectiveness of the team.
• Partner with other supporting functions - including HQ Planning, Sales Operations - to run joint reviews and planning.
