FitPoint Talent is seeking a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led team in the UK. You will partner with the Home Care team to develop strategy, lead key business reviews, and shape how the organization operates through its rhythm of business metrics.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of leadership in home care or related sectors, with a track record of driving growth, stakeholder management, and executive-level advisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Senior leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or related sector.
• Experience as a senior executive within a multi-site or multi-BU head-office team.
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
