FitPoint Talent seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led team in the UK. You will partner with the Home care team to develop strategy, run business reviews and establish operational rhythm with key metrics.

The role demands extensive leadership in home care or related sectors, with a track record of driving growth and managing complex operations across multiple sites or business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector.
• Experience as a senior executive within multi-site or multi Business Unit head-office teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to scale and drive growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to refine processes and guide team effectiveness.
• Partner with HQ Planning and Sales Operations to run reviews and planning.
