Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or related sector.
• Experience as a senior executive within multi-site or multi-BU head-office teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to scale and refine processes to boost team effectiveness.
• Partner with HQ Planning and Sales Operations for joint reviews and planning.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and strategic growth efforts.
