FitPoint Talent seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led Home Care organization. You will shape strategy, run business reviews, and govern the operational rhythm while guiding senior leaders across UK operations.

With 10+ years in senior roles in home care, professional services, or related fields, you will accelerate growth, lead cross-functional initiatives, and partner with executives to deliver measurable impact. Travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector.
• Senior executive experience in multi-site or multi-BU head-office environments.
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen with data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
