Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is seeking a Head of Business Change & Transformation to lead the long-term transformation across Commercial Operations, shaping strategy for processes, data, and digital tools.

You will work closely with technology teams, regional directors and site operations to simplify workflows, reduce duplication and ensure new systems and dashboards meet operational needs; travel to sites is expected 2-3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business change in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Evidence of using process improvement tools such as Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience owning or developing data, reporting or BI roadmaps, including data definitions and governance.

• Define transformation roadmap aligned with measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with technology teams to shape system roadmaps and drive adoption.
• Lead change management, training and communications to ensure smooth implementation.
