Job summary

Redline Group Ltd. is seeking a field-based Technical Sales Manager to drive and grow strategic accounts across the UK and Ireland. You will sell complex networking solutions to Tier 1 clients and translate technical challenges into business outcomes.

The role requires consultative sales expertise, comfort with £750k+ deals, and strong relationship skills. It is a hybrid position with travel across the UK and Ireland and competitive OTE potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative or technical sales, ideally in networking, enterprise infrastructure, or testing solutions.
• Ability to manage high-value, complex deals with multiple decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
