Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is partnering with a growing technology business specialising in advanced networking solutions. They seek a field-based Technical Sales Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts across the UK and Ireland, selling complex solutions to Tier 1 clients.

You will build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, identify opportunities within existing accounts, and translate networking challenges into practical business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative or technical sales.
• Experience in networking, enterprise infrastructure, or testing solutions.
• Ability to manage high-value deals (£750k+) with multiple decision-makers.
• Strong relationship-building and proactive business development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and develop solution-focused proposals.
• Translate complex network and monitoring challenges into practical business outcomes.
