MCR Property Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and financial delivery of a project near Bedford. The role focuses on procurement, cost planning, and final accounts, with site-based duties and regular valuations.

Reporting to the Construction and Commercial Directors, you will handle monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and tender activity, while collaborating with project managers and other surveyors to optimize budgets and programme delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor across various project types.
• Experience in developer, main contractor, or subcontractor environments.
• Confident across pre- and post-contract stages including cost plans and final accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly cost reporting and financial forecasting.
• Manage contracts and subcontract packages and variations.
• Prepare costs, measurements, tenders, and procurement activity.
• Engage with project managers to support commercial strategy and controls.
