MCR Property Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a Bedford-based project. You will oversee cost reporting, forecasting, and careful procurement, supporting delivery from inception to final account.

You will interact with the Construction and Commercial Directors and the project team to maintain budgetary control and value engineering across multiple schemes. We expect at least three years in a QS role within a developer, main contractor, or subcontractor setting, with strong Excel/Word

Formación

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor across a range of project types and values.
• Strong understanding of subcontract procurement processes and financial reporting.
• Fully computer literate with Excel, Word and related software; full driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly cost reporting and financial forecasting.
• Manage contract and subcontract packages and variations.
• Lead pre- and post-contract cost planning, tendering, measurement and final accounts.
• Support project managers with commercial strategy and financial control on multiple schemes.
