Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor across varied project types and values.
• Strong understanding of subcontract procurement processes.
• Experience in developer, main contractor, or subcontractor environments; pre- and post-contract exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly cost reporting and financial forecasting.
• Manage contracts, subcontracts, and variations; monitor value engineering and tender reporting.
• Support project delivery with commercial strategy and financial control across the portfolio.
