• Provide technical guidance on Enterprise Security (ES) and Splunk User Behavior Analytics (UBA).
• Resolve complex customer challenges to minimize downtime and improve system resilience.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure customer success.
• Drive high customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for product expansion.
• Mentor team members and contribute to internal training.
