Job summary

Splunk is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager to drive adoption and optimization of the Splunk platform for our most critical customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating security use cases into actionable best practices for protection and resilience.

In this role, you will partner with customers on long-term engagements, resolve complex challenges, and help accelerate product adoption across ES, UBA, and premium applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with at least 3 years in information security.
• Experience with security log management systems (Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm, ELK, Q-Radar, Rapid7, Sentinel, Chronicle).
• Active Splunk certification and hands-on experience with Enterprise Security or Splunk UBA.
• Security certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, OSCP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on use case development, configuration, and optimization for enterprise security products.
• Resolve complex customer challenges to minimize downtime and improve resilience.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support for customer success.
• Engage with the broader account team to align strategic plans and share critical information.
