Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather and document requirements.
• Configure Payroll and HR modules according to specifications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve issues.
• Create training materials for users and teams.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
