Securitas Technology Uk is seeking a results-driven sales leader to manage end-to-end sales cycles across a defined territory. You will cultivate key accounts, present security solutions, and drive long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, proposal development, and delivering high-margin outcomes while maintaining excellent client service and technical credibility.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in security or related tech markets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in account planning, cross-selling, and retention across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing to meet targets.
• Maximise opportunities within allocated accounts and new business opportunities for higher gross margin.
• Develop leads in defined territory through proactive outreach, cross-selling, and referrals.
• Deliver sales and technical presentations at client sites or Securitas offices.
• Perform site surveys, prepare surveys and proposals to NSI and company standards.
• Manage key accounts, including planning, mapping, and long-term relationship growth.
