Securitas Technology in the United Kingdom is seeking a result-driven Fire Sales Executive to drive profitable fire product sales across an allocated territory and customer base. You will manage accounts, win new business, and collaborate with the Fire Team Lead to meet revenue targets, while maintaining CRM records and developing pipeline through proactive prospecting and cross-selling.

Experience in fire and security markets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Active management of own accounts to increase retention and spend.
• Collaboration with regional account managers for cross selling opportunities.
• New Business Prospecting to increase customer base within the Fire market.
• Proven ability to prospect and generate new business.
• Proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts.
• Strong negotiation and closing capability.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed individual sales KPIs across activity, revenue, margin and new business.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Fire market through prospecting and networking.
• Develop relationships with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for Fire solutions.
• Generate opportunities through cross-selling and upselling across the product portfolio.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through close and after sales.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
