Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a dynamic Fire and Security Regional Account Manager to grow new business and manage existing commercial accounts within the fire and security sector. You will drive the sales process, deliver presentations, and conduct site surveys to understand client needs and maximise margin.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a proven track record in the security industry, with experience in tendering and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Professional sales experience in security industry.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and generating new business.
• Deep understanding of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder and Fire systems.
• Negotiation skills with ability to close deals and hit targets.
• Experience presenting to senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
• Develop new business and expand existing accounts within territory.
• Provide sales and technical presentations at client premises or Securitas offices.
• Conduct site surveys and design scopes of work to NSI and company standards.
• Prepare and manage surveys, estimates, proposals and tenders.
