Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a Fire Sales Executive to generate profitable Fire sales across an allocated UK territory and customer base. You will develop existing relationships, win new business, and maximise opportunities for Fire products and services.

You will work with the Fire Team Lead to achieve individual targets, manage pipeline in the CRM, and deliver customer-focused Fire solutions while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• FIA Level 3 – Design (or working towards FIA qualification).
• Comprehensive understanding of BS5839-1:2025 and Fire procedures.
• Proactiveness and resilience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Solid commercial mindset with impeccable ethical standards.
• Experience in Fire & Security in a multinational, fast-paced setting.
• Consultative selling with emphasis on new business.
• Strong initiative and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales KPIs across activity, revenue, margin and new business.
• Actively manage an allocated customer base to maximise retention, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Fire market through prospecting and networking.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to understand business needs and identify Fire solutions.
• Generate opportunities through cross-selling across the product and service portfolio.
• Proactively prospect within a territory to increase the customer base.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to close and after sales.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and timely progression of opportunities.
