This position is in the Chief of Staff team, committed to driving strategic alignment across our organization. We are looking for an exceptionally organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems.

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales leadership team to advance the operational rhythm of the organization.
  • Act as the main liaison for regional (EMEA) internal communication within the sales organization.
  • Build and manage employee engagement programs that promote a culture of high performance and recognition.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the business.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and accountability frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment between teams through clear communication and follow-up on priorities and action items.
  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, program management, business operations, or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills; able to stay organized and prioritise multiple priorities.
  • Experience in managing in person and virtual events.
  • Excellent presentation skills in both written and verbal formats.
  • Analytical approach with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
