Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior HR role within a multi-site organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practice and people metrics.
  • Experience leading change and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic partnership and leadership support within the organization.
  • Oversee workforce planning and organizational design processes.
  • Manage change by partnering with leadership to ensure a people-led approach.
