My client is a global tech powerhouse, they are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join a high-performing EMEA team responsible for managing and growing relationships with some of the largest mobile app developers across gaming and non-gaming sectors. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where you’ll drive partner success, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape growth strategy across a significant portfolio.

This position sits within a team of nine and supports a diverse group of priority partners—working across the full partnerships organisation depending on business needs. You’ll play a key role during a maternity leave period, operating as an individual contributor while collaborating closely with leadership, technical specialists, and commercial teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end partner experience, from pitching and contract negotiation through to onboarding, integration, and ongoing success.
  • Develop and execute partner strategies, including opportunity identification, industry research, and contribution to product and market insights.
  • Build and maintain strategic, C-level relationships across major app developers to drive adoption of monetisation and advertising solutions.
  • Manage partner engagement through performance tracking, forecasting, reporting, and insight generation.
  • Advocate for partners internally while ensuring world-class service, issue resolution, and long‑term alignment.
  • Contribute to the development of new analytics and reporting infrastructure to inform business development and partner prioritisation.
  • Help influence wider cross‑functional teams and contribute to best‑practice case studies, competitive insights, and partner enablement.
What They Are Looking For (Non‑Negotiable)
  • Deep experience in the mobile app ecosystem — ideally 8–10 years within app development, app monetisation, mobile partnerships, or app-focused commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of mobile ad monetisation platforms, with hands‑on familiarity such as AdMob, AppLovin, Mintegral, Meta, or similar.
  • Demonstrated analytical capability — not a data scientist, but someone who has acted as an analyst or used BI tools to interpret complex datasets.
  • Proven success in partner management, commercial growth, or revenue-driving roles (KPIs comparable to sales / growth metrics).
  • Experience partnering with C‑suite stakeholders and managing executive-level conversations.
Nice to Have
  • Experience building or contributing to data pipelines, large-scale reporting systems, or big‑data tooling (e.g., Vertex, Bitquery, or similar).
  • Background working with major gaming publishers or high-growth app developers.
  • Understanding of optimisation techniques such as dynamic pricing / floor optimisation.
  • Familiarity with technical deep-dives on the publisher / ad stack side.
