Job summary

Dorset HealthCare is seeking an experienced Learning Needs Analysis Lead to join the Learning & Development Team on a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is a key role supporting Dorset HealthCare's workforce development priorities by ensuring learning and development investment aligns with service needs and delivers maximum value for staff, services and patients.

You will lead the Trust's Learning Needs Analysis process, identify training requirements, manage education funding

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning needs analysis for workforce development.
• Ability to identify training requirements and align education funding with service needs.
• Experience working with senior leaders, NHS partners and HEIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, review and continuous improvement of the Learning Needs Analysis process.
• Identify future workforce development and training requirements with Directors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report learning demand, funding allocations and outcomes with insights.
