Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Digital Learning Manager to drive the ongoing development of our digital learning environment. You will be the platform SME, partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions and ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met.

You will lead design and development of digital and blended learning programs, collaborate with the Digital Learning team, and coach junior staff while driving continuous improvement across the learning offering.

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing and developing LMS platforms, ideally Totara.
• Strong instructional design principles and practices.
• Experience with reporting, data validation and compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing LMS development to meet business needs and learner journeys.
• Oversee platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades and issue resolution.
• Manage Health Partners Academy build and maintenance.
• Design and develop digital/blended learning programs with SMEs.
