Job summary

Health Partners Group Ltd is seeking a Digital Learning Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead the ongoing development of our digital learning platform. You will partner with stakeholders to turn learning requirements into effective digital solutions and ensure reporting and compliance are robust across the environment.

As SME for the platform, you will drive improvements, coordinate with suppliers, and guide a small team including a Digital Learning Consultant and L&D Apprentice to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and developing LMS platforms, ideally Totara, and a strong understanding of instructional design principles.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, data validation, and compliance monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development of the digital learning platform to align with organisational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate learning requirements into effective digital learning solutions.
• Oversee system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution with suppliers and technical teams.
• Manage the Health Partners Academy build and maintenance for Education and Training teams.
• Design and develop digital and blended learning programmes with SME input.
