Working closely with senior leaders, service managers, NHS partners and Higher Education Institutions, you will lead the Trust's Learning Needs Analysis process, helping to identify training requirements,manageeducationfundingopportunitiesandsupportthedevelopmentofaskilledandsustainableworkforce.
