Job summary

Inizio is recruiting a Learning & Development Team Lead (UK) for maternity cover to steer the People Services L&D team across the UK. You will lead, coach and resource-plan to deliver the L&D priorities, programs and transformations, while ensuring high-quality service delivery and governance of LMS and Workday systems.

Based remotely with occasional stakeholder engagement, the role requires strong collaboration across COE, People Services and cross-functional teams, plus proven experience in

Qualifications

• Background in Learning & Development or HR with team management experience.
• Experience in a L&D Matrix / Shared Services model.
• 5+ years improving operational efficiency in a complex environment.
• Experience with LMS and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Services L&D support team, ensuring accurate, and high-quality task delivery.
• Forecast and plan with key stakeholders to support resourcing, workload balance, and delivery of the L&D plan.
• Oversee LMS and Workday system functionality, data accuracy and issue resolution with SMEs.
• Partner with COE and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cross-functional initiatives and improvements.
• Provide coaching and develop team members to uphold quality and capability.
