Job summary

Instinct Resourcing is supporting a field-based organisation in Cambridge/Oxford with a Learning and Development Specialist on a 12–14 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and grow a developing learning function within a technical, field-based organisation.

You'll own key L&D projects, build competency frameworks, design engaging blended content, and help implement a new LMS.

Qualifications

• Strong background in L&D with experience building learning pathways and competency frameworks.
• Experience implementing and managing an LMS.
• Working knowledge of Articulate 360.
• Experience delivering blended and offline learning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record delivering projects in technical, field-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop competency frameworks and learning pathways across the organisation.
• Create digital learning content using Articulate 360.
• Support implementation and ongoing development of the LMS.
• Deliver wider L&D projects as priorities evolve.
• Partner with technical SMEs and department heads to ensure content reflects real needs.
• Balance blended and offline learning solutions for a varied workforce.
