Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Planner or Planning Manager.
• Experience addressing the general public and council officers in a public forum.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning advice to land teams on residential and mixed-use developments.
• Negotiate and secure strategic land for the Division.
• Promote sites through the Local Plan system.
• Negotiate with landowners, Local Authority officers, and the community.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
