Qualifications

  • Current relevant experience in an operational HR role ideally in a diverse and demanding environment.
  • Track record of managing a range of HR casework.
  • Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to apply judgment and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR queries providing accurate advice.
  • Support a range of HR casework including disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Work closely with HR Operations and Strategic HR Business Partners.
  • Build effective relationships with managers and staff.
  • Participate in the development of HR learning initiatives.
  • Lead or support on HR-related projects.
