Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Basingstoke, UK seeks a Business Development Executive to support vendor leads, drive sales enablement, and cultivate customer engagement within a hybrid work environment.

You will enable tools, build pipelines, report to vendors, and execute business and marketing plans while training customers and internal teams. A proactive mindset and strong Microsoft tools fluency are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Champion product mind share through desk training, tool enablement, and sales floor engagement.
• Build and maintain a detailed pipeline in our CRM (Compass).
• Report weekly to vendors on sell-out activity and promotional performance.
• Support execution of business and marketing plans.
• Identify and deliver training opportunities for customers and internal teams.
• Act as the point of escalation for customer care issues.
• Guide development of web tools and vendor microsites.
• Communicate product info, pricing, and promotions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Run call-out days and promote TD SYNNEX’s e-business services.
• Engage directly with customers as needed.
