Job summary

TD SYNNEX UK&I is seeking a detail-driven Sales Operations Executive in the UK to support our GCC business. You will maintain accurate sales, customer, and opportunity data and produce dashboards to support forecasting and decision-making.

You will collaborate with sales, vendor partners, and internal teams to manage pricing, promotions, and sales programmes, driving efficiency and revenue growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a business process operational role.
• Experience using SAP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales, customer and opportunity data with high data quality.
• Produce sales reports, dashboards and insights to support forecasting and decisions.
• Coordinate with sales teams, vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Manage pricing requests, promotions and sales programme administration.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue.
