You’ll drive sales enablement, pipeline precision, and customer engagement to ensure initiatives land with impact.

In this hybrid role, you’ll train desks, maintain the CRM pipeline, report to vendors, and help execute business and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of business and marketing plans.
• Identify and deliver training opportunities for customers and internal teams.
• Act as the point of escalation for customer care issues.
