Responsibilities

• Advise PCN Clinical Directors on financial matters.
• Oversee bookkeeping and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Champion financial integrity at governance meetings.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Manage payroll and NHS pension processes.
• Update NCGPA's insurance policy and represent finance in governance.
