Job summary

A leading provider of supply chain solutions is seeking a proactive HR Advisor in Bridgwater. In this part-time role, you will manage Employee Relations cases, coach line managers, and contribute to workplace culture. The ideal candidate should be CIPD Level 3 qualified with experience in managing high-volume cases.   • Coach line managers in ER case handling.
  • Analyze data for absence management.
