Job summary

talisman is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Manager to lead complex SaaS deployments from scoping through to go-live and handover. You will partner with Sales and executives to understand requirements, design implementations, and drive adoption across customer environments.

This highly visible, customer-facing role requires coordinating engineering workstreams, managing milestones and governance, and delivering value for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations across complex deployments.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects from discovery to go-live.
• Strong project management and governance skills in enterprise settings.
• Willingness to travel and engage with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software implementations from scoping and design through deployment, go-live and handover.
• Partner with Sales and customer stakeholders to understand requirements and workflows.
• Develop and manage implementation strategies, project plans, milestones and governance structures.
• Coordinate technical workstreams, including platform configuration and integrations, with internal engineering teams.
• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Lead workshops, on-site engagements and training to support deployment and adoption.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges, manage risks and keep projects on track.
• Monitor adoption and engagement and transition to Customer Success teams.
