Job summary

Culture Amp in London is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager for the EMEA region. You’ll guide enterprise customers from onboarding through activation, delivering multi-product implementations and data integrations within the activation window, scope and success criteria.

You’ll translate objectives into scalable configuration, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage milestones and risks, and enable a smooth post-implementation handoff.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience implementing SaaS products with customers.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
• Experience in project management, customer success, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise implementations (multi-product launches, data integrations, SSO/SCIM) within the activation window and agreed outcomes.
• Translate customer objectives into scalable configuration and data design.
• Lead project planning: milestones, roles, risks, dependencies; manage the Success Plan and timeline.
• Resolve implementation issues and escalations with cross-functional teams; maintain clear communication.
• Coordinate change management and enablement with trainers and researchers; ensure admins are trained for launch.
• Handoff to post-implementation with documentation and recommendations; capture Voice of the Customer for product feedback.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, checklists, and delivery standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor peers and share best practices to elevate the team.
