Job summary

Intec Select is seeking a experienced SaaS Project Manager to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations across EMEA from Maidenhead. You’ll own projects from requirements gathering and planning through to configuration, integration, testing, go-live and post-implementation support, working with senior stakeholders, SaaS vendors and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS deployments, managing complex technology change, and delivering on time

Qualifications

Proven experience leading end-to-end SaaS implementations.
Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms and third-party vendors.
Strong knowledge of requirements, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT and deployment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from initiation through to go-live and BAU handover.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, governance and delivery plans.
Gather business requirements and translate them into clear implementation plans.
Manage SaaS vendors, implementation partners and cross-functional internal teams.
Coordinate configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT and deployment.
Manage project budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
Lead workshops, project meetings, steering committees and stakeholder reviews.
Provide clear project reporting to senior leadership.
Drive business readiness, training and change management ahead of go-live.
Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status reports and implementation plans.
