talisman is seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Manager to lead complex SaaS deployments from scoping through to go-live and handover. You will partner with Sales and executives to understand requirements, design implementations, and drive adoption across customer environments.

This highly visible, customer-facing role requires coordinating engineering workstreams, managing milestones and governance, and delivering value for enterprise clients.

• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Lead workshops, on-site engagements and training to support deployment and adoption.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges, manage risks and keep projects on track.
• Monitor adoption and engagement and transition to Customer Success teams.

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, well-funded enterprise software business seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Manager to support its continued expansion.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing position combining enterprise software implementation, solution design, project delivery and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will take ownership of complex enterprise deployments, working closely with commercial and technical teams to ensure successful implementation, customer adoption and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software implementations from initial scoping and solution design through to deployment, go-live and customer handover.
• Partner with Sales and customer stakeholders to understand business requirements, operational workflows and technical considerations.
• Develop and manage implementation strategies, project plans, milestones and governance structures.
• Coordinate technical workstreams, including platform configuration, system integrations and solution requirements, alongside internal engineering teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives and operational leadership.
• Lead customer workshops, on-site engagements and training sessions to support successful deployment and adoption.
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges, managing risks and ensuring projects remain on track.
• Monitor customer adoption and engagement, ensuring successful transition to Customer Success teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, professional services or technical project delivery.
• Demonstrable success managing complex enterprise software deployments involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management capabilities, with experience overseeing implementations from discovery through to go-live.
• Good understanding of enterprise software configurations, integrations and business workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives.
• Travel is expected in this position and candidates must be comfortable with this.
