Job summary

Wordsmith is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to run our most complex customer engagements from kickoff through go-live and beyond. You will own the plan, dependencies and risks, ensuring alignment across Legal Engineers, Deployment Engineers and customer teams.

You'll lead multi-workstream delivery, manage senior stakeholders, and drive governance and change management as part of the Transformation team. Based in the UK, you should thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Experience running complex enterprise technology implementations or programmes.
• Track record delivering multi-workstream projects with many stakeholders.
• Ability to manage scope, governance and documentation without bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Run our most complex customer engagements end to end from kickoff to handover.
• Build and own the project plan with scope, milestones, owners and timelines.
• Be the customer's main contact for delivery and responsible for going live.
• Coordinate Legal Engineers and Deployment Engineers to keep workstreams in step.
• Run kickoffs and status reporting with General Counsel, IT and procurement.
