Job summary

Cognexo is seeking a Customer Implementations and Training Lead to own enterprise onboarding, from contract to go-live. You will coordinate complex multi-stakeholder rollouts, deliver customer training, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

The role requires leading configuration scoping, building implementation plans, and partnering with product/engineering. A hands-on approach and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ SaaS implementation or complex onboarding experience.
• Ability to run client-facing sessions independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating technical constraints clearly.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills across concurrent accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and CS handover.
• Conduct discovery and scoping calls to translate client requirements into configuration decisions.
• Maintain implementation plans and trackers in real time.
• Coordinate with product and engineering on dependencies; manage stakeholder communications.
• Deliver enablement and training sessions for new and existing customers.
• Develop and share templates/playbooks to improve implementation processes.
