Job summary

Market Recruitment Limited is representing a leading enterprise SaaS provider seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to own customer implementations from signing through to successful launch. You will serve as the main point of contact, unifying customer teams and internal specialists to keep projects moving and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS professional services or implementation for fintech.
• Track record of delivering complex projects for enterprise customers.
• Ability to manage several customer projects concurrently.
• Hands-on data manipulation with Python or SQL; familiarity with file transfer (SFTP) and systems integration.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to solving problems.
• Comfortable in a growing technology business with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple enterprise customer projects from kickoff through to launch.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies and customer communication.
• Run discovery sessions, workshops and regular project meetings.
• Coordinate customer teams and internal specialists to keep projects on track.
• Identify potential problems early and take ownership of resolving them.
• Help customers understand requirements and translate complex information into clear next steps.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure customers have a smooth transition into using the platform successfully.
• Contribute to improving delivery processes as the professional services function continues to grow.
