Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a planning, forecasting, or scheduling role.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills are crucial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities required.
• Sound understanding of S&OP, master scheduling, and production planning expected.
• Ability to influence across departments through indirect leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Demand Review process within the S&OP cycle.
• Analyse and present market and demand data to support decision-making.
• Build a framework to capture and validate demand across business units.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Project Management.
• Forecast resource requirements for new product development projects.
• Maintain demand KPIs, including forecast accuracy.
• Provide 'what if' and scenario planning support to Production and Operations.
• Manage Original Equipment demand profiles in the ERP system.
