Cloudflare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to act as a trusted advisor for 1–5 of our highest-value accounts, mapping the customer’s technical ecosystem and driving enterprise-wide transformation from strategic positioning through the lifecycle.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, translate high-level strategy into executable plans, and accelerate ARR growth by expanding platform adoption across Workers, Pages, R2, D1 and AI products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Engineering Leadership, Product Management, Consulting or Technical Strategy within a global SaaS or infrastructure environment.
• Experience in a leadership role related to technical strategy or customer engagements.
• Proven track record using AI to drive revenue and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Map each customer's entire technical ecosystem and drive enterprise-wide transformation from strategy to lifecycle.
• Act as the trusted advisor bridging high-level strategy and flawless execution across cross-functional teams (SE/CS/Product).
• Drive platform adoption and ARR growth through multi-account expansion across Cloudflare products (Workers, R2, D1, AI offerings).
• Coordinate resources and adoption plans, manage stakeholders including CTOs, VP Engineering and Platform Architects.
