Job summary
Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to guide enterprise customers from pre-sales validation through onboarding and lifecycle expansion. You’ll translate complex technical requirements into business value, design deployment architectures, and drive measurable outcomes across the customer journey.
You’ll own discovery, demos, onboarding, and technical health with Account Executives, while leveraging AI tools to automate routine tasks and accelerate adoption—maintaining an ongoing advisory
Qualifications
- Extensive experience bridging technical concepts and business value.
- Ability to map customer requirements to Cloudflare architectures.
- Proven track record in enterprise pre-sales and post-sales engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of AI workflow automation and RAG concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and PoC planning.
- Design onboarding blueprints and migration strategies.
- Own discovery, demos, onboarding, and health metrics with AEs.
- Lead QBRs translating platform capabilities to ROI.
- Manage risk, deployment strategy, and customer expansion.
