Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive the technical go-to-market strategy as a trusted advisor across the customer journey.

You will bridge technical strategy and business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and expansion, while owning technical health, risk and QBRs with account executives. This role may involve travel and requires strong architectural and advisory skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives and map requirements to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Design migration/onboarding blueprints and guide customer engineering teams through config best practices.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout onboarding, maturity, renewal and expansion.
