Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer in the United Kingdom to own the technical relationship from discovery through adoption and expansion. You will partner with Account Executives to design bespoke architectures and demonstrate value.

This quota-bearing role requires proven customer-facing technical skills in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture, with a focus on AI-enabled workflows to automate requests and accelerate time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Familiarity with web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and prompt engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: lead technical discovery, architecture demos and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding, health, risk and expansion strategy.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: manage a quota and drive revenue through platform adoption.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders throughout lifecycle.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: leverage AI to automate routine tasks and accelerate value.
