Job summary

Cloudflare UK is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market efforts, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and expansion. You will bridge technical strategy with business value, owning structured PoCs, architecture designs, and deployment strategies as a primary advisor throughout the customer journey.

You will leverage AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin toil and focus on high-value outcomes, coordinating with Account Executives

Qualifications

• Experience bridging technical strategy and business value for enterprise clients.
• Strong track record in architecting scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery and PoCs with customers.
• Own onboarding, deployment architecture, and successful adoption.
• Drive expansion with quarterly business reviews and risk mitigation.
• Act as trusted advisor across customer lifecycle and AI-enabled workflows.
