• Develop and maintain short‑term and long‑term maintenance plans for the fleet.
• Ensure compliance with all airworthiness requirements.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Manage planning and tracking of component life limitations.
• Prepare work packages, job cards, and materials forecast.
